We are currently seeking a sensational Designated Manager for our Napa, CA location who is able to execute all of EWC's policies and procedures, is positive, well-spoken, motivating, organized, detail oriented, hardworking, can multitask, and displays strong leadership qualities.

Position Requirements:
Revenue Generation
• Develops and maximizes opportunities to generate additional center volume
• Achieves quantifiable performance goals
• Creates staffing schedules that are effective and are in line with European Wax Centers staffing and scheduling philosophies
• Analyzes business reports regularly to identify inventory issues and/or areas of opportunity or enhancement
• Educates associates on sales incentives and product knowledge and national promotions
• Holds associates accountable for upholding all European Wax Center standards

People Management
• Fosters a guest-focused team environment as a leader, driving volume and guest loyalty
• Achieves excellent guest service by role modeling the European Wax Center standards
• Creates a learning environment for associates through use of European Wax Center tools
• Recruits, hires, trains and develops associate team
• Assesses associates consistently; reviews and communicates associate performance and deliverable's often
• Proactively provides timely feedback to associates, rewarding and recognizing to drive retention
• Holds self and associates accountable for achievement of sales goals and statistical standards
• Manages conflict and coaches by applying European Wax Centers recommended processes, standards and guidelines
• Receives feedback and promotes discussions around solutions
• Develops associates through an individualized approach in an effort to stretch capabilities and grow associates
• Provides team commitment through support, relationship building, and recognizing individual contributions
• Shares information and communicates clearly to all levels
• Leads by managing through change and adversity

Store Operations
• Schedules and staffs center appropriately through European Wax Centers scheduling philosophy, analyzing and forecasting business trends
• Maintains the center's organization, appearance, and cleanliness
• Conducts center walk-throughs and associate observations in an effort to communicate successes and areas where performance enhancement is required
• Communicates effectively with Franchisee and members of the Regional and Corporate Teams
• Recommends ideas to improve standards and processes

Skill Requirements
• Team Building: Ability to recruit, hire, and develop associate team and hold individuals accountable for performance, practice, etc.
• Guest Service: Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the guests remain the top priority
• Store Operations and Organization: Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow-up on all store activities and staff evaluations
• Leadership: Proven ability to respectfully challenge and motivate the associate team, while building a strong and positive culture
• Communication: Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills

Educational Requirements and Experience
• Previous management experience in the service industry with proven results
• Knowledge of Millennium Spa software a plus
